You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” through ongoing roadmap planning, prioritization, and management of the product backlog. The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience5+ years of experience in product leadership, management, product development, or strategyAbility to define and evolve the Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, leveraging stakeholder input, customer feedback, and data insights to prioritize capabilities that drive business outcomesAbility to use customer feedback, business insights, and user adoption trends to evaluate product performance and identify enhancement opportunitiesAbility to partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage the product backlogDemonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence decision making across business and technology organizations in a complex stakeholder environmentExperience leading and developing cross-functional teams while influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groupsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive informed decisionsExperience leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems and deliver measurable business value.Expertise in Microsoft Office SuiteThe TeamFidelity Institutional (FI) leverages Salesforce as its enterprise CRM platform and as a critical enabler of the associate experience across sales, relationship management, consulting, and client service organizations. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
