Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in wound care to lead the Wound program within CT. The role involves managing wound care delivery, coordinating with the WOCN team, and ensuring outcomes-based, cost-efficient patient care in patients’ homes. The Wound Program RN will supervise staff, participate in training, and develop program goals. Requires RN license and Wound/Ostomy cert within 6 months; two years’ homecare experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
