IT Project Manager

Job TitleLocation: Charlotte, NCSalary Range: 55-60/hr on W2Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills.Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports.Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Knowledge/experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Experience with Oracle Financial.Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities.Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery.Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for defined deliverables.Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.Gathers/facilitates status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
