Transit Van Driver

We are looking for an experienced Bus Driver in Grayslake, IL. You will transport passengers safely and professionally. This is a CBA position subject to the collective bargaining agreement. Compensation and Training $21.50 per hour Paid CDL Training available to help you obtain the required CDL and passenger endorsements. CDL Class C with passenger endorsements required. Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment. Uphold company policies, seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional). Valid CDL with passenger endorsements; Paid training available. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical (if applicable). Physical Requirements Work flexible shifts or schedules as needed. Endure long periods of sitting, typing, or observing computer screens. Work occurs indoors and outdoors. Drug‑Free Workplace Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
