Varsity Lincoln, Inc is seeking a dedicated and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Novi, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to help coordinate appointments and support daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff in a timely manner
• Manage calendar updates and ensure accurate appointment records
• Communicate with customers and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Respond to appointment inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Assist with administrative duties related to appointment coordination

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in appointment coordination or customer service is a plus
