What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions for inmates
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
• Support inmate mental health needs through appropriate interventions and support plans

What You Need:

• Valid mental health license/certification for NM
• Experience in mental health counseling or assessment
• Ability to conduct clinical interviews and develop treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and crisis intervention

• Prior experience working with inmate populations or in correctional facilities
• Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and documentation standards

About the Assignment: This role is with a leading facility in Estancia, NM, focused on providing mental health services to inmates. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, delivering counseling, and supporting inmate mental health needs in a structured correctional environment. Immediate start possible upon ICE clearance; initial clearance takes approximately 4+ weeks, with an option to start pending clearance.
