Compliance Analyst
Ercot
ERCOT is seeking an Operations and Planning (O&P) Compliance professional to ensure adherence to NERC standards and ERCOT protocols. The role collaborates with internal teams to identify controls, assess risks, and remediate audit findings, serving as the liaison with regulators and auditors. The candidate will document controls, prepare RSAWs, and use Archer GRC for monitoring design and operation of controls mapped to standards.
