What You'll Do:

• Perform precise inspections of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and fabricated materials against customer specifications using IPC standards.
• Identify, document, and repair PCB defects following IPC rework standards to ensure optimal quality.
• Complete detailed inspection forms and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Adhere to all quality management system procedures, policies, and standards to uphold compliance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IPC standards, specifically IPC-A-610D.
• Ability to operate and interpret measurements from test and measurement devices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with PCB inspection or in electronic assembly environments.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and related procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in PCB inspection or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work with colleagues to resolve problems efficiently.
• Must understand and follow IPC standards and inspection protocols.
• Prior experience with IPC-A-610D is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
