Qualifications: Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation software. Experience or interest in hydraulic modeling is a plus. Ability to interpret GIS data and work with civil, structural, and electrical drawings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skillful in problem-solving and time management. Understanding of electronic equipment and computer software. Willingness to travel and a valid U.S. driver's license.
