Responsibilities About the Team: The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic partner to the largest advertisers and agencies worldwide, helping them develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of advertising products. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships to drive revenue, relationships, and long-term growth. About the Role: We are looking for a Global Program Manager to join our Global Accounts team in New York. This role builds and runs the Joint Business Plans (JBPs) behind a select portfolio of TikTok's largest global advertiser partnerships, in partnership with Global Account Leads and Directors, cross‑functional partners, and clients. You will own the JBPs end to end, helping structure the commercial frameworks and incentive programs that make them work and program‑managing their execution to measurable revenue outcomes. Success requires commercial judgment, the ability to turn ambiguous deal goals into repeatable programs, and the capacity to operate across stakeholders, time zones, and cultures. Build and manage JBPs across a portfolio of global accounts, from commercial framework and incentive structure through to execution and delivery. Partner to structure the deal programs behind partnerships (value‑add and incentive program design, allocation logic, requirements and terms) and translate them into executable operating plans. Own JBP tracking, utilization, and budget integrity, using the numbers to steer the program, not just report on it. Partner with Global Account Leads/Directors and cross‑functional stakeholders on deal construction and growth opportunities grounded in account economics. Serve as the commercial program operations lead for your accounts, coordinating across creative, measurement, research, product, and finance. Build the GTM collateral and program materials that drive partner engagement. Improve the systems, tools, and processes that scale JBP management across the team. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years in business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or partnership/deal management at a platform, ad tech, agency, or media company, with direct proximity to revenue. Direct experience building or managing Joint Business Plans, media deal structures, or advertiser/agency commercial programs. Experience partnering with sales teams and an understanding of consultative selling and media investment decisions. Preferred: Strong commercial and business planning judgment with analytical depth to model utilization, account economics, and growth scenarios. Preferred: Ability to turn ambiguous commercial goals into structured, scalable operating programs. Preferred: Outstanding communication and credibility to influence internal and client stakeholders. Preferred: Comfort operating across time zones and multicultural environments in a fast‑paced organization. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108,000 - $168,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is one part of the total package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country of work location.
