Finley Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule:

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Office Manager
• Two FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist
• Two FT Dental Assistant
• One FT EFDA

Compensation:

• Based on experience $40-43 /hr---Plus uncapped hygiene incentive !

Additional Information:

• PMS -Eaglesoft Time allotted for procedures
• • NP - 1HR
  • SRP per quad - 1HR
  • Prophy - 45 minute
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle? - Yes---- 8:45 M/W, H 11:45, T/F 7:45
• Insurances accepted? FFS? - only in network with Delta Dental Premier and Paramount Elite. Accept all insurance

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of OHIO
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
