ID: 63215316 Shift: night shift 7 pm to 7 a Description: This is for night shift 7 pm to 7 am for Inpatient Rehab. We do all the same things a medical floor does except Heparin Drips. We have a high neuro population so being stroke certified definitely would be a plus but not a requirement . Weekends would be every third weekend . Friday and Saturday nights. Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person. Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
