You May Be A Great Fit If You: Believe people matter Are a great listener and communicator Are curious but never judgmental Are very organized and can multitask A problem solver Love to manage a caring team Have an entrepreneurial spirit Job description (including, but not limited to): Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process Provide quality control and training of team members Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold Safely pack and unpack goods Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items And more, no 2 days are alike! Start hourly transferring to salary with quarterly bonuses based on company performance Job Requirements (including, but not limited to): Minimum 5 years management experience Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time Must be able to properly lift up to 30 pounds Must have computer skills Auction, online selling experience is preferred Expected hours: 35-40 per week paid hourly Schedule: Day shift with some weekend requirements Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Work Location: On the road throughout the Southern Delaware region encompassing Dover to Selbyville. #J-18808-Ljbffr
