Head of Project Management (Remote)

They’ve more than doubled revenue over the past three years, and the project pipeline keeps accelerating.

As they enter a high-volume execution phase, they’re looking for a hands‑on Construction Project Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to their projects.

This role is NOT for software or IT‑only PMs.

We’re specifically looking for someone with real construction and jobsite experience who is comfortable managing multiple active projects in the field.

Manage 20–30 concurrent construction projects ($500K–$2M+)

Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

Track schedules, budgets, materials, and milestones

Help document and improve PM processes as the department scales

Bring structure and repeatability to a fast‑growing environment

3–5+ years of construction Project Management experience

Strong jobsite and field operations background

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Low‑voltage, cabling, fiber, or access control experience

Electrical or GC background

Procore / Autodesk Construction Cloud

Hybrid role – typically 70% onsite / 30% remote
