Loan Operations Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a banking client hiring for a loan operations specialist role in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be operational support for the mortgage servicing team, primarily focused in loan transactions and payoffs. Applicants with a mortgage servicing and/or payments experience are encouraged to apply. Description Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department Providing payoff statements Monetary processing of payoff transactions Closing and notating accounts Researching loans to provide appropriate transaction support Qualifications Mortgage loan servicing loan operations MS office suite Transaction processing Research capabilities Additional Details 6 month contract with opportunity for extension Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid work environment Full benefits and 401K option Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
