Registered Nurse (Adult General Psych), Per Diem Day Shift, Behavioral Health

About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Adult General Psych unit in Behavioral Health. This per diem role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing patient-centered care and advancing their nursing skills. Highlights Pay: $48.00/hour Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Report directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager and ensure safe, effective patient-centered care. Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care. Serve as a role model to Level I nurses and utilize electronic resources for best practices. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately.
