Construction Operations Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Construction Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our field team by tracking employee time, company vehicles, materials, and fleet maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Track and verify employee hours by project Maintain and monitor employee time records using Chronotek Review and reconcile gas card transactions Track material purchases and verify charges are allocated to the correct project Coordinate and monitor company truck maintenance and service schedules Track company vehicle locations using GPS/camera systems Maintain accurate spreadsheets and operational records Communicate with field employees to resolve missing information or discrepancies Assist with other operations and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, operations, or construction office experience preferred Construction industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer software Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with Chronotek or similar employee time-tracking software Experience tracking fleet maintenance, inventory, or material purchases Familiarity with the construction industry Company Description We are a growing commercial electrical contractor based in Grand Prairie, TX, proudly serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and the state of Texas.
