Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights MedStaff Group is seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses for a specialized pediatric nursing and rehabilitation facility in Brooklyn. This is an exceptional opportunity to care for medically complex children in a highly supportive environment while working alongside pediatric providers, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Schedule
- Full-time: three 12-hour shifts per week
- Day and night shifts available
- One weekend per month required
- Provide skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
- Closely monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Active New York State RN license required.
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in at least one of the following:
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Pediatric Emergency Department
- Strong pediatric assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional pediatric care.
- $55-$65 per hour
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year
