Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Auburn, MA. Schedule Full-time, 4-day workweek One evening shift per week until 7:00 PM One weekday off each week What You'll Do Provide nursing care and support to pediatric patients in an outpatient practice Perform telephone triage and provide clinical guidance to patients and families according to established protocols Assess patient concerns and communicate effectively with providers regarding care needs and follow-up recommendations Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments as ordered Assist providers during patient visits and office procedures Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and health concerns Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Pediatric, family practice, primary care, or ambulatory care experience preferred Telephone triage experience preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of patient care Commitment to compassionate, family-centered healthcare Competitive pay: $32.50–$39.00 per hour Health insurance Paid vacation time 401(k) with employer match Professional license reimbursement Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families Why Child Health Associates?
