Responsibilities Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field 1–3 years of experience in luxury hotel reservations, ideally within a high-end hospitality environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
