primp. is a female-owned, full-service luxury hair salon and beauty collective located in the heart of South End, Charlotte, NC. We're seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team — whether you're looking to build clientele on a commission structure or run your own independent practice out of a private suite within primp. collective, our curated community of beauty and wellness professionals.

Position Overview
We're offering flexible options to fit where you are in your career:

• Commission-based associate: Work part-time or full-time providing therapeutic and relaxation massage to our established client base, with built-in scheduling and front-desk support.
• Private suite rental: Rent your own studio space inside our high-visibility salon and run your business independently — set your own hours, pricing, and services while benefiting from foot traffic and referrals from our existing guests.

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina massage therapy license

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
