Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy as needed, focusing on issues such as substance abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and mental health disorders.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Documenting patient interactions accurately to comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise as an LCSW will be vital in addressing various challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families, with a particular focus on the following areas:

• Recovery from alcohol and substance abuse.

• Addressing issues related to physical and psychological abuse.

• Providing support for grief and loss.
\n
• Facilitating conflict resolution among family members or siblings.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing psychotherapy and support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
