CNC Field Service Engineer (Dallas, TX; TX)

Overview In this role you will have the opportunity to work locally (Dallas‑Fort Worth) with some of the latest technology and a myriad of clients in an organization that supports their service technicians. Responsibilities What makes this role interesting is that you have the opportunity to be in different facilities with different projects and challenges each day. Some travel is required, but we expect you to be in the local area with minimal nights away during the week; no weekends. Responsible for day‑to‑day field service, including but not limited to: service, installations, and preventive maintenance relative to the local market. Essential duties include: Perform field service, installations or PMs as required. Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training. Communicate effectively with a variety of different people. Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times. Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Familiar with the setup and operation of CNC mill/lathe. Prior exposure to CNC or heavy equipment maintenance. Benefits Car allowance, company cell phone, laptop, gas reimbursement.
