Foremen Responsibilities Work with the electrical team: site layout; including blueprint reading skills, repair and installation of electrical systems, and direct customer interaction. Make sure completed work meets manufacturers requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards. Work independently and oversee a job site and work of others. Interact with customers, vendors, and other employees in a professional manner. Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self, co‑worker, and public safety concerns. Lead by example and demonstrate our Core Values. Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required (oral, written, and presentation). Creative problem solver with exceptional follow‑through and attention to detail skills. Works well in a team‑oriented environment. Strong work ethic with a high amount of personal ownership of their work. Ability to take the initiative and have a proactive approach to solving problems with minimal supervision. Enjoys a fast‑paced and frequently changing environment, able to be responsive to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors. Organized in approach of work execution and handling multiple tasks effectively. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 6‑years Journeyman experience with experience managing jobs and teams. Licensed in Kentucky. Ability to routinely lift/move 70 lbs. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Career‑minded with a willingness to continue training/education. Well versed in Federal and State OSHA safety requirements.
