• Utilize our advanced platform to efficiently manage candidates, track interactions, and ensure organized follow-ups.
• Focus on long-term permanent placements that provide ongoing value for clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Participate in thought leadership as we enhance our brandand yours.

Who You Are

• A seasoned recruiter with 2-3+ years of agency recruiting experience or consultative sales background.

• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (we will provide training on ours).
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something meaningful.
