Senior Coordinator, Account Receivable - 3PL

Role Summary Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable (AR Specialist) responsible for managing collections for pharmaceutical manufacturers that Cardinal Health 3PL services. Key Responsibilities Present what is being reconciled to groups within the company and industry over the phone or face‑to‑face. Manage payment posting and collections for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (Clients) we service. Apply critical thinking to gather information and solve related issues. Communicate effectively through e‑mail, phone, and in person. Preferably proficient in Microsoft Excel. Organize tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently within established procedures. Provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members when needed. Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred). Previous accounts receivable experience required. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must live within a 1‑hour radius of LaVergne, TN. Expectations at this Level Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, and controls. Work collaboratively to respond to non‑standard requests and customer support needs. Apply job and company policies to complete a variety of assignments. Resolve complex problems independently and may propose process modifications. Compensation Anticipated hourly range: $18.70 per hour – $26.80 per hour.
