Job Summary

You’ll be the key point of contact for our customers. You will answer questions, resolve inquiries, and address concerns—all while serving as the primary face and voice of our company! Your role ensures that every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in the solutions we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Engage directly with customers to provide warm, responsive, and friendly assistance across all primary service channels.

• Problem Solving & Solutions: Proactively identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate products, services, or upgrades.

• Inquiry Handling: Clearly explain pricing, policy details, and general account or product information.

• Performance Goals: Achieve individual and team service and resolution targets through clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of our client's products, offerings, and operational policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, retail, or hospitality settings.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone and chat presence.

• Composure: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional under pressure.

• Organization: High attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional organizational abilities.

• Mindset: Positive, team-oriented attitude with a true passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
