Key Responsibilities Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning. Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly. Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred. Proficiency in basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions.
