Care Coordinator II: Trauma-Informed Support & Resources

Metropolitan Development Council

The Metropolitan Development Council is seeking a Care Coordinator 2 in Tacoma, WA. This role involves working closely with program participants to help them achieve self-sufficiency through individualized plans and support. You will also monitor progress and advocate for clients' needs within community settings. A bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience are required.
