Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Pay: $22 - D.O.E Location: Branch #61 W. Los Angeles, 2241 Corinth Ave Los Angeles, CA 90064 Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team. The role offers a variety of activities—including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Prior industry experience is not required; we provide world‑class training to set you up for success from day one. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships. Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations. Warehouse & Yard Operations Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials. Maintain a clean, organized, well‑stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard while following all equipment and material‑handling safety standards. Inventory Management Receive and stock deliveries and transfers. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Delivery and Transportation Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols. Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, providing world‑class customer service upon arrival.
