Founded in 1927, the Vantage group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.RequirementsWe are searching for a candidate with:Minimum high school or GED diplomaAt least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or customer service focused rolePrevious experience working in the elevator industry is a strong assetExperienced user of Microsoft Office Products and able to quickly learn additional internal software tools (i.e. ERP, point of sale systems)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and highly flexibleWorks as part of a purpose-driven team fostering excellent communication and a supportive working environmentAbility to operate a forklift is preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and capable of physical laborBilingualism (Spanish) is preferredDuties and ResponsibilitiesA typical day may include:Warehouse ManagementMaintaining a safe environment at all times through regular cleaning, organizing, preventative and predictive maintenance and adherence to Vantage safety protocols.Utilizing ERP (Infor Visual) for inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, reconciliations, ensuring timely and reliable data in the system.Accurately filling customer orders from pick listsReceiving all inventory into the designated locationManaging and maintaining appropriate inventory levelsAccurately cycle counting inventory at the designated locationPlacing orders for inventory as neededMaintaining organized and clean warehouse operationsCustomer ServiceProviding outstanding customer service to customers in-person and over the phone.Entering customer orders, searching for existing orders in our system, getting proper documents from the customer and shipping out all orders being pick up.Learning part numbers and their functions.Establishing and maintaining consistent procedures for customers to receive their orders in a timely manner.Maintaining a list of money and checks given provided by customers.Scanning all paperwork generated for the day into our system.Identifying and resolving customer issues related to product quality, pricing, delivery, usages, and loss.Acting as a partner to Vantage manufacturing sites in order to ensure smooth flow of jobs, orders and stock inventory between sites and RSC.Benefits of Working With UsSalary for California Based Applicants: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour - actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/HSA401KPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)…and more!Position DetailsMonday – Friday7:00am – 3:30pmSanta Fe Springs, CAVantage Elevation, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
