Senior Accountant

Job Description Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Flowery Branch Georgia Salary Range: 75k-80k Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to support a dynamic organization with three operational entities-one brokerage division and two asset-side divisions. This role will focus primarily on the asset side, with responsibilities spanning across all entities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close processes across all three divisions
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Handle billing functions, particularly on the asset side
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for each division
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting, preferably in real estate or asset management
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
- Proficient in budgeting and forecasting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with relevant accounting software
- Experience in real estate, property management, or asset services
- Knowledge of AP/AR workflows and cash management
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting platforms
