The CRO will be responsible for owning and building the enterprise risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and governance structures. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in risk leadership, particularly within financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in risk management, a deep understanding of regulatory expectations, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-scaling, high-ambiguity environment. The CRO will also be tasked with leading risk engagement with regulators, designing risk systems, and building a high-performing global risk team.
