Remote Recruiter

Full-time and remote, the In-house Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, focusing on attracting and screening candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair selection process. Key responsibilities Conduct full life cycle recruiting for diverse positions across different levels and locations Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain equitable assessment practices Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience or experience in a high-volume call center environment Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French is a plus Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders Results-driven with strong time management and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated adaptability to changing work scenarios and strong communication skills
