What You’ll Do Assist with shipping and receiving documentation Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems Coordinate and assist with customer accounts by scheduling material and deliveries, and researching field problems, detailing, fabrication, and changes to scope of work Coordinate with Sales Department to schedule estimates/proposal bids and communicate any changes in the scope of work Ensure the highest level of customer service, including phone calls and meetings, to satisfy customer needs at all levels Maintain a desirable work area and accurate documentation of records for each job Produce accurate and detailed rebar placement drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures What You’ll Need 1–2 years of previous experience and/or knowledge with AutoCAD and reading blueprints Ability to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings Excellent customer service skills with follow‑through, time management, planning/organization and prioritizing Proficiency in MS Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bluebeam Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
