Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory through regular cycle counts and audits. Shifts Available:

2nd: 3pm to 11:30pm - Monday through Friday
2nd shift OT - 10 hours days plus minimum of 1 weekend day
Pay Rate - $22 per hour

4th: 7am to 7:30pm - Friday- Sunday
4th shift OT - 2x 10 hours days during the week
Pay Rate- $23 per hour

Pay is $20 per hour plus night differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of product inventory.
• Verify and maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Follow proper inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Communicate discrepancies and inventory concerns with management.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and procedural compliance.
• Identify and report damaged products using proper documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate audit results and records.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve inventory gaps .
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2 + years warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office , WMS systems , and RF scanners .
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

• Ability to lift 30-75 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, lifting).
• Ability to work in various warehouse areas and operate warehouse equipment (with training).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace .

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, lifting, stooping, and kneeling.
• Occasional sitting and climbing/balancing.
• Regular lifting up to 10 lbs , frequent lifting up to 50 lbs .
