Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current PA License; and Current DEA License. 2 years of experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records. Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
