Experience Design Operations Manager

Leading enterprise-scale programs and transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Experience Design Operations Manager will enhance collaboration and operational efficiency across Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to improve customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead programs from planning through delivery, ensuring achievement of milestones and commitments Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps with clear timelines and success measures Facilitate governance activities and monitor program health, delivery timelines, and risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience 7+ years of project or program management experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, or regulated environment Experience managing cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or Operations teams Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, and delivery planning Experience applying Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies across complex initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Empower Retirement, LLC
