We are looking for a team member who is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and has outstanding customer service. This role will provide you the opportunity to grow your clientele and help coach less experienced sales specialists./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliManage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts and achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets./liliDevelop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts./liliPosition Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred basis of building automation design./liliPerform take-offs and bid projects with the full spectrum of ALC offerings. Drive design specifications towards all ALC offerings with assigned consulting engineers./liliWork with consulting engineers to write project specification proposal to match the building specifications to provide value to the customer, and favorably position Automated Logic./liliNegotiate with contractors regarding scope of work, specifications, pricing, and favorable terms and conditions./liliMake and deliver compelling presentations to owners and owner representative./liliUtilize sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts./liliGenerate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close./liliCollaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal staff to deliver quality results and ensure customer satisfaction./liliAct as customers advocate./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./lili2+ years of Controls Sales Experience or Commercial HVAC Sales Experience./liliValid Drivers License./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field./liliExperienced in selling in the Healthcare vertical markets/liliExperience with HVAC controls, Building Automations Systems or HVAC sales./liliAbility to value engineer control designs with alternative solutions./liliProficient in Microsoft 360 applications./liliStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities./liliAbility to communicate effectively at all levels./liliTeam player and willing to collaborate with others on projects./li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
