Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license, and offers the chance to work with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or other property concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe unusual activity, and follow site instructions for deliveries, vendors, and/or visitor interactions.
- Complete routine reports and activity logs, noting security-related incidents, policy violations, hazards, and/or customer service issues in accordance with site expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
