$26.75-$37.00 per hour, based on experience. Part-time days/evenings at Wittenberg Village, an assisted living community in Crown Point, caring for residents who've called this place home for years, not a rotating caseload.

You'll administer medications, check vitals, and work alongside a team that knows every resident's routine and history.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments, and keep accurate documentation
• Check and record vital signs, weight, and other resident measures
• Support residents with daily living needs alongside the care team
• Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and vendors on resident care
• Help build and update care plans, and follow up on resident needs
• Watch for changes in resident condition and respond quickly
• Keep the care environment safe, clean, and organized

What You'll Need

Required:

• Current Indiana LPN license
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or another healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic health records
• Customer service background

Schedule
Part-time, 7:00am-3:00pm/3:00pm-11:00pm, with weekend rotation.
