Appellate Attorney Location: Dallas, TX I am partnering directly with firm leadership at a premier litigation platform with a national scope practice that handles trials, appeals, and arbitrations across a broad range of complex civil matters. The appellate group works closely with trial teams on high-exposure commercial and insurance disputes, focusing on strategic briefing, error preservation, and effective advocacy in state and federal courts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced appellate attorney seeking sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and long-term growth within a highly respected litigation team. The compensation structure for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and the firm offers schedule flexibility.
