Sales Receptionist

Receptionist – Automotive Dealership Join the Murdock Auto Team! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Provide support to the sales, service, and accounting departments as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
