Compensation and Schedule Position: ABA Behavior Technician Location: Hamilton, New Jersey Job type: Part time Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–12:00 pm Salary: $18–$25 per hour Key Responsibilities Deliver in‑home, one‑on‑one ABA therapy based on BCBA‑developed plans. Track client progress through data collection. Support skill‑building in communication, socialization, and daily living. Collaborate with families for consistent treatment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Ability to pass background check.
