Senior Innovation Policy Specialist (Financial Services Specialist 2 (Policy Analysis), SG-23)

The New York State Department of Financial Services seeks a Senior Innovation Policy Specialist to help shape and execute its Innovation Policy agenda, which focuses on bridging the gap between innovative financial-services companies and existing financial regulations. The role involves qualitative and quantitative research on fintech, insurtech, and regtech; policy analysis and development; managing projects across the Innovation Policy Unit; and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in New York City and reports to senior leadership.
