NOW HIRING: Complex Litigation Attorney | Seattle, WA I’m working with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Seattle on a permanent Complex Litigation Attorney opportunity. Seattle, WA | Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 remote $130K–$142K + annual performance-based bonus 0–3 years of experience No billable-hour requirement The firm has a long-standing reputation for representing individuals and communities in complex litigation involving personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, employment, crime victim representation, toxic torts, and class actions. They’re looking for an early-career attorney who is confident, intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to grow as a litigator. This is a highly writing-intensive role, particularly during the first few years, with significant mentorship and opportunities to gradually take ownership of cases. What You’ll Do Research and draft legal memoranda and briefs Assist with discovery and motions practice Work cases through all phases of litigation Prepare witnesses and participate in oral arguments Co-counsel cases through trial Gradually develop your own caseload and greater case ownership What They’re Looking For 0–3 years of legal experience Washington Bar admission or ability to obtain within one year Excellent legal research and writing skills strong interest in plaintiff-side litigation and civil justice Proactive, self-directed approach with a willingness to take on stretch assignments Genuine interest in equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career in litigation with strong mentorship and a collaborative team.
