Senior Logistics Manager

Position Summary This position is responsible for day‑to‑day customer account execution, performance compliance, and customer service satisfaction. Essential Functions Oversight of one or more customer accounts on a day‑to‑day planning, execution and problem‑solving basis. Ensure reliability and quality of day‑to‑day logistics services for each customer. Manage performance compliance and customer service satisfaction for assigned accounts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field or equivalent work experience. 5 years Transportation/Logistics experience. Comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end supply chain for Petroleum and Renewable Fuel products; as well as Hazardous Material transportation management and logistics services in the bulk liquid industry is a major benefit. 3 years successful team leadership experience. Effective leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem‑analysis and resolution, and customer service skills. Advanced level skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
