We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Drivers to support production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Position Summary

The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely moving raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility while supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, and production operations. Successful candidates will have experience operating powered industrial equipment and working in a high-volume warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and delivery vehicles.

• Transport materials between warehouse locations and production lines.

• Pick, stage, and deliver materials according to production schedules and work orders.

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.

• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to process material transactions.

• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation practices.

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum one (1) year of forklift operating experience required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.

• Familiarity with inventory control processes and RF scanning equipment.

• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Available Shifts

Monday Through Friday

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Weekend Day Shift

Friday - Sunday

5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekend Night Shift

Friday - Sunday

5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Required PPE

• Steel-Toe Shoes

• Safety Glasses

• Experienced forklift operator with a strong safety record.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.

• Experience loading and unloading trailers efficiently.

Pay Details: $19.08 to $31.70 per hour
