Assistant Property Manager job at Valenti Real Estate. Sparta, MI. We are looking for an assistant property manager/office manager in the Sparta/Cedar Springs area who has LIHTC experience. Must be able to self-direct and stay on task to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus. Qualifications: Section 8, LIHTC experience needed High school diploma. Real Estate License a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus. A valid driver's license and insurance coverage required. In this role you will: Report directly to the Property Manager Enter rent payments & invoices Answer phones & greet clients Process rental applications & recertifications Market the Community Ensure resident’s selected meet occupancy criteria ("Tenant Selection Plan").
