Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Client Relations in Stanford, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $30.28 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri08:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and provide directions or assistance to visitors in a professional manner. Document observations, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and designated site contacts. Minimum Requirements Possess a college degree. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
